Channel optimisation : identify and utilise the most effective social media channels for reaching mortgage brokers, such as LinkedIn, X, and industry-specific forums.
Cross-functional coordination : Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Creative teams to ensure a unified message and effective content that resonates with the mortgage industry.

We’re open-minded about your background and are looking for a future strategist with a passion for marketing and converting insights into narrative. You'll be joining a team of incredibly passionate people who are at the top of their field. You should be experienced in and comfortable with:

Creating and executing social media strategies.
Developing content that educates and engages.
Utilising social media tools and platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
Analysing social media performance metrics to drive strategy and content decisions.
Staying current with social media trends and best practices, particularly those relevant to the mortgage lending industry.
Engaging with the mortgage community through live events, webinars, and industry discussions on social media.

Experience with the basics of coding and an undergraduate degree from a top-rated university in marketing, business, economics or a relevant STEM would be a bonus.

If your application stands out, you can expect the following interview process:
# A 30-minute chat with one of the team.
# A take-home task focused on developing a social media strategy tailored for mortgage brokers.
# A 60-minute interview split between two team members, where you'll discuss your take-home task and strategy approach.


A Note on Location.
Our offices are in Guildford and Leeds. We support hybrid work but expect you to join us in an office about twice a week.
