Job Purpose As an Area Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial and contractual management of a portfolio of telecoms projects, including new builds, city enhancements, government contracts, and field service frameworks. You will ensure that operations and service delivery comply with contract terms and statutory requirements.

Commercial Resource Management: Manage the commercial resources of your assigned projects, from planned expenditure through to contract control.
Project Variations: Support the authorization and submission of project variations.
Risk Mitigation: Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
Provide commercial and contractual expertise, including valuation certification, correspondence, claims, budget monitoring, and performance data.
Cost and Value Data: Provide accurate cost and value data at both project and regional levels.
Commercial Management: Solid experience in senior commercial management and contractor procurement, with working knowledge of NEC3 ECC forms.
Industry Background: Ideally, a background in telecoms, civil engineering, or utilities.
Project Oversight: Experience overseeing large capital expenditure projects.
Data Analysis: Ability to use data for financial reporting with actionable insights and strategic focus.
Location: Kent, hybrid with nearest office
