We are seeking a talented and an experienced Indian Chef.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are well-presented and meet our quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety regulations
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or in a similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
