Our requirement is for an experienced Design Manager to be a key part of our team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for overseeing and managing the design department, providing leadership, and ensuring best of breed audio visual, smart and technical designs in an agile environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Design Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Oversee the design process from conception to completion ensuring all work adheres to company standards and project specification.


~ Develop and implement design processes that enhance efficiency and quality of output.


~ Maintain a thorough understanding of ISO standards / Avixa guidelines and integrate these principles into design practices to ensure consistent quality.


~ Manage and mentor the design team, encouraging a collaborative environment that strives for innovation and professional growth.


~ Conduct and oversee annual reviews for the design team, including performance management.


~ Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.


~ Provide regular reports to the Senior Management Team on design team performance, project progress, and strategic initiatives, risks and lessons learned.


~ Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams.
Proven track record of delivering complex AV system designs in AutoCAD or similar and knowledge of current AV technology and system integration.
