Traineeships Manager

We're looking for an experienced Accounts & Outsourcing Manager to join a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants in Sidcup, Kent. You will be responsible for statutory accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and corporate tax services to a range of sole traders, partnerships, and ltd companies, from start up size, through to much larger, and more complex groups You will work amongst an experienced team of 15 accounts staff, and you will be responsible for your own client portfolio, as well as overseeing juniors' work, or managing a team, based on your experience, and aspirations. This will include the preparation of, management accounts, statutory accounts, VAT returns, corporate tax, advisory work and ad-hoc projects.
Overseeing the work of junior staff, or ,managing a team of qualified and part-qualified staff.
Assisting clients with software implementation and best practice reviews.
Previous experience of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity would be advantageous.
Strong organisational skills and time management
Team player with good leadership qualities
Strong technical capability in account and taxation
