Shake it up - Innovate, test and be creative
You’re a brilliant Paid Search Manager who loves growing clients' businesses through performance marketing and building collaborative working relationships with clients.

Ideally with luxury, beauty or fashion retail/ecommerce experience
Technical whizz with experience of managing campaigns optimised towards onsite conversions, however, has a clear understanding that search/affiliates are also brand building channels 
A fully developed understanding of digital marketing and broader business metrics
Good grasp of excel and powerpoint
You’ll primarily be working on our biggest Luxury Beauty client reporting directly into the Account Lead (who’s from a Paid search background). The primary focus of the role will be planning and executing paid search, running structured testing, elevating Search, P-MAX and YouTube creative, whilst providing account management directly to the client. 

Account management
Collaborate closely with your clients, proactively supporting them and our wider team on the day-to-day management of performance media campaigns
Overtime you'll become the lead client contact for our latest luxury beauty client 
Deliver the day-to-day running of all paid search (Search, P-MAX, Shopping), YouTube and other advertising across the Google ecosystem. 
Media planning including the production of detailed media plans built around clear rationale and business outcomes
Own the strategic optimisation of campaigns, actively advising on both media and creative decisions which will influence performance
Deliver insightful analysis which drives improved performance via reporting
Work with clients to forecast and set targets, building trust in your skills as a media professional
Build relationships with key media owners, forging useful relationships across measurement and creative teams

Build our agency search capabilities and hire a search executive/graduate as the agency grows 
Become a trusted source of truth for all things paid search, helping to share your expertise with the wider agency
Work with our founders on improving our Paid Search product, ensuring that the tools, tech, processes and training we use are best-in-class
