Job Summary:
Due to rapid expansion and having recently moved to a new premises, our Engineering customer requires a QHSE Manager to join their team.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of production processes ensuring the quality of parts produced is compliant with the relevant standards and to ensure that all Quality, H&S and Environmental standards are adhered to.

They will be responsible for the final inspection of all finished goods highlighting, documenting and implementing any corrective actions should they be required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Final Inspection of finished goods
Sample inspections of products as they progress through the manufacturing process (Product & Process Auditing).
H&S and Environmental Auditing.
Assist with maintenance of all quality accreditations.
Assist with supplier concern management and the development of suppliers.
Management and Improvement of existing production documentation.
Promote a “right first time” mentality and quality focus into all manufacturing disciplines.
Actively support Lessons Learnt Reviews.

Qualifications/Attributes:

~3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
~ Possess sound, demonstrable knowledge of quality tools and techniques.
~ A highly motivated and conscientious team player, capable of using their own initiative.
~ Good communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
