Social Worker / Senior Social Worker – Social Work with Families (SWwF) – Children’s Services – Croydon Council Salary: Contract: Permanent, 36 hours per week

Social Work with Families (SWwF) brings together experts working with children subject to child protection plans, children in need, and Looked After Children (LAC). With a dedicated Team Manager, Business Support Officer, and a team of skilled colleagues, you’ll be empowered to use your expertise to craft the best possible outcomes for children and their families in Croydon.

We are seeking confident, qualified social workers registered with Social Work England who are passionate about creating change. You’ll excel in:

Strong analytical and writing skills to incorporate our systemic practice model , focusing on protective factors and strengths within families.
