You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering manufacturer relationships, ensuring the operational excellence of the business while driving finance and cost control and of course people management. You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be. You will also ensure that policies, processes, and legislation are adhered to, and that customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager within the sector, achieving excellence by delivering both financial, customer centric and colleague satisfaction results.

We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE up to £90,000 depending upon experience, a company car and the opportunity to earn strong-over performance bonuses along with the following Vertu Motors General Manager benefits:
