Understand the clients’ business and risk management needs, determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients’ needs

This role is perfect for an experienced insurance professional with a broad background who is keen to apply their expertise and advance their career in this specialized field. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, numeracy, and organizational skills for managing and interpreting complex data.
Ability to develop high-quality proposals and presentations using marketing resources, practice groups, and collaboration with other producers.
Experience in maintaining effective face-to-face and telephone communication with clients and underwriters.
Relationship Building: Skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, prospects, associates, insurers, and external specialists.
