Private Equity Placement Agent

We are currently representing a well known placement agent who due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its team by adding a Senior Associate in London.
Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth and partner with a number of top Private Equity & Private Debt funds globally.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 6-8 years Investment Banking / M&A / Transaction Services experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Due Diligence of the funds, fund portfolio etc
- Advise the client on market proposition and strategy
- Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc
- Help the sales team in coordinating roadshows
- Managing client relationships on a daily basis
- Overseeing analysts & associates on live deals
Requirements:
- 6-8 years experience in M&A, ECM, Transaction Services, Corporate Broking or other placement business
- Degree Educated
- Excellent written English
- Keen interest in PE
