At Elidyr Communities Trust, we support young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities to live and learn more independently creating spaces where individuals thrive and form meaningful connections.
Were searching for kind, practical people, ideally with experience in a similar environment. Youll be working with a small group of no more than five residents. Youll need good communication skills and be able to get stuck-in alongside our residents, helping them with cooking, shopping, hobbies and socialising.

Requirements We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our residential house management team at Garnllwyd Barns. As our House Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an environment where warmth, compassion, and support define daily life.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a care environment.
  • A warm and compassionate heart that aligns with Elidyr's values.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of, and commitment to person-centred care.
  • Relevant qualifications in care and management (QCF Level 4/5 or equivalent).
  • Dedication to fostering a warm, positive, and inclusive community at Garnllwyd Barns.
  • Passion for creating a warm, supportive atmosphere for individuals with additional learning needs.
