Store Manager

Are you a fantastic Retail or Hospitality Store Manager looking for your next big challenge and an opportunity to open your own store and hand pick your very own top performing team?

We are on the hunt for a talented retailer who will be responsible for opening our client’s latest new store and passionate about building the reputation and client base in the town.

you will be professional and commercially astute, with experience in a dynamic retail environment. With fantastic brand recognition, and an iconic stance in the great British High Street, this really is a dream role for any experienced Retail Store Manager.

You will be professional and commercially astute with a passion for customer service, people management and a strong desire to succeed
You will be super passionate about your product and your store standards, creating a unique high-street shopping experience
Customer service you believe in, not because you have to, every customer must walk out feeling they have had a personal shopping experience
Commercial awareness is a must, you must also be able to read and understand the reports and figures as well as knowing what makes a store look outstanding
Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and gain respect from your team
Inspire the team to achieve store targets through coaching, delivering constructive feedback and teamwork in a high energy atmosphere
Monitor store performance and make recommendations to improve results
Communicate store performance and company updates to the team
