On-Site Installations / maintenance throughout the UK

Hours: 40 hours per week – this role will involve staying away at times due to the location of several clients.

Are you ready to take on the role of a Pop-Up Service Technician in Barking, Essex? Join our client’s team at the forefront of pop-up retail, serving over 350 venues across the UK. As a key player, you’ll handle kiosk prep, delivery, installation, and upkeep, guaranteeing exceptional customer service at every step. Specifically:

  • Perform preparation, delivery, installation, and maintenance of client-owned kiosks.
  • Provide relocation services and maintenance for other kiosk and Pop-Up shop owners.
  • Receive on-the-job training and familiarisation coaching through shadowing and in-house coaching.
  • May undergo external training for Counterbalance forklift truck driving licence if needed.
  • Must reside in a commutable area to Barking, Essex.
  • Company-provided 3.5T Transit Van or Luton.

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have own DIY and Battery-powered tools – a good set of maintenance and installation tools will be required to carry out the tasks.
  • Clean UK driving Licence (Manual only) with zero points.
  • Aged 25 years+.
  • Be responsible and work independently.
  • Have good maintenance or electrical working background recently (within the last 12 months).
  • Be a reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Heavy lifting involved – must be fit and healthy.
  • Company van, mobile and laptop will also be provided.
  • Annual salary growth applicable.
