This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns to promote products, offers, and events. Content Creation: Develop engaging email content, including copywriting, designing, and testing to maximise open and click-through rates. Audience Segmentation: Utilise customer data to segment email lists and personalise content for targeted campaigns. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide insights to improve effectiveness. Requirements: Email Marketing Experience: Previous experience in email marketing, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector. Creative Skills: Strong ability to create visually appealing and engaging email content. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making and optimisation. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.
