Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues impacting turbine performance.
Participate in special projects, such as commissioning, onboarding turbines to our fleet, major component replacement and other.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in wind turbine maintenance and operations.
Quality & Safety
You are responsible for checking and maintaining quality of all components relating to wind turbine, as well as recognizing interconnections within the system’s architecture.
You are accountable for the safe and effective operation of electrical and mechanical components within the wind turbine.
Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to implement improvements and optimize turbine performance.
Continuously improving the performance of our wind turbine fleet based on the error/gap analysis, response times and Operational Data statistics.
You will also on occasion work on tasks with the control room, remote monitoring of wind turbines worldwide
You have a valid driver’s license.
additional electrical/mechanical education or certification in wind turbine maintenance.
Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems as applied to wind turbines.
Proven experience in the maintenance, repair, or servicing of mechanical or electrical systems, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
