We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Programmatic User Acquisition Lead to join the team of oneof the world's finest sports betting and media brands where youwill manage client campaigns from conception to completion, developingstrategies, overseeing campaign execution, and analysing performanceto deliver insightful reports to their global clients.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can:

  • Develop and manage user acquisition (UA)strategies for multiple applications across various geographicregions.
  • Implement these strategies on different DSPs andadvertising platforms using display, video, and CTV inventory.
  • Meet and exceed both internal and client-specific KPIs.
  • Adhere to best practices for viewability and brand safety.
  • Contribute to client reporting, including regular updates,presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
  • This role ishands-on but also offers the potential to lead and develop a team andcoach junior members in the future.

Requirements

  • Extensive experiencewith DSPs and advertising platforms, specifically in generatinginstalls for iOS and Android apps.
  • Proven track record inplanning and implementing effective strategies that yield results.
  • Skilled in managing substantial media budgets and optimisingcampaigns across various KPIs.
  • Familiarity with display,video, and CTV inventory and optimisation for both VTA and CTA.
  • Expertise in ensuring ads are targeted correctly by geographyand adhering to brand safety and viewability standards.
  • Experience with exclusion and inclusion lists, audiencesegmentation, re-targeting, and lookalike strategies.
  • Proficient in using pre-bid and post-bid tools andverification platforms like DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT, and Protect360.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen attention todetail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projectseffectively.
  • Capable of supporting the account team withcomprehensive client reports, status updates, and presentations.
