The BOA Group is a Multi-Academy Trust of specialist academies located in Birmingham city centre, in the hub of the creative and digital industries. JOB PURPOSE To be responsible for providing accurate data and data analysis for our Academies. Work closely with Principal’s to build new timetables for next academic year. Liaise with the providing company around key milestone dates and complete data checking exercises to ensure the smooth transition ahead of the new Academic year.
Principal Responsibilities Work alongside CEO, Principals, Vice Principals and Head of IT to: Make data and analysis of data available to relevant stakeholders at the appropriate time, e.g. parents, students, teachers, LEA, DfE/ESFA and other external agencies.
Produce reports to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner to meet internal and externally set deadlines, e.g. student reports, whole school or departmental assessment data.
Ensure the integrity of all data held in the school.
Maintain accurate academic student information.
Complete data protocols and processes including year-end procedures within Sims.
Lead on the transfer of data from SIMS to new MIS, checking for accuracy
Lead on the set up of the new MIS for the start of the academic year
Analyse data for presentation to the Senior Leadership Team, Governors and other stakeholders as required.
Contribute to the construction and maintenance of the Timetable in liaison with Senior Leaders:
