  • Advise and implement corporate recontructions, investor reliefs such as EIS/SEIS, and staff incentive schemes
  • Liaise and correspond with HMRC for clearance applications and enquiries
  • Draught reports and letters of advice for various tax advisory issues
  • Prepare calculations to support advice
  • Train and review the work of junior staff members
  • Provide support to Directors and Partners in the Tax Advisory Group
  • Engage in client liaison and attend meetings with other team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CTA qualified or ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Working knowledge/experience with corporate tax
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent teamwork and organisational skills
