Blair House

We are looking for a confident, adaptable Deputy Manager to join the dynamic Nurse and management Team at Blair House Care Home. This position is for 40 hours per week on days with some weekend work included. The role will be made up of two nursing shifts and the remainder will be supernumerary.

About You

You will have the commitment and passion to deliver the highest standard of care. Previous experience in a Management role is desirable but not essential. Your kind-hearted approach will shine through, you will have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Above all else, you will have the drive to make a difference to a persons life.
