The Role Leading new product development within the organisation Managing regulation and formulation of new product development Liaising with internal and external partners to ensure the successful progression on new products. Continually driving improvements and innovative technologies Communicate with internal and external partners within the organisation. Understanding consumer trends Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers

The Person Must have previous experience working in new product development. Come from a background in Agriculture, Agrochemical, Horticulture, Pesticides, Chemicals, Environmental Science, Biology. Must be able to work alone and as part of a team. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Will have excellent technical knowledge and work well with key stakeholders within the business.
