Commercial Sales Executive Location: Winchester
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our friendly and professional team in Winchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a highly respected insurance brand, focusing on commercial insurance lines across Hampshire.
You'll be supported by a dedicated marketing and prospecting team, helping you to build new relationships, grow your client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
With a strong local presence and a reputation for integrity, this role offers a great environment to develop your sales career.
Role Responsibilities:
Generate new business in line with agreed targets
Build and manage an active sales pipeline
Prospect and convert high-quality leads
Deliver tailored, face-to-face consultations and quotes
Develop strong relationships within the local business community
Maintain high standards of compliance and service delivery
Continue professional development through training and licensing
Key Skills Required:
A confident communicator with proven sales experience (insurance experience welcome but not essential)
Professional, enthusiastic, and driven by results
Skilled in managing and developing a pipeline of prospects
Organised, compliant, and customer-focused
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
A full UK driving licence holder (essential)
