This is an ad-hoc contract role for a GP based in the Cotswolds. As a GP, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, conducting examinations, prescribing medications, phlebotomy, intravenous drips, creating protocols and offering appropriate medical advice. An interest or knowledge in functional medicine, paediatrics and aesthetics is also an advantage.
This role would be ideal for a skilled and passionate GP with an interest in integrative, preventative medicine and with experience in caring for UHNW clients. We look after our clients holistically and strive to optimise all areas of health and well-being, thus an interest across the spectrum of medicine and health is essential and a progressive attitude towards client care.
Monday - Sunday
Place of work: At-Home and at Members homes across the Cotswolds/Oxfordshire
Patient Diagnosis and Care: Diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of health conditions and diseases. This includes examining patients, understanding their health concerns, and prescribing appropriate treatments or medications.
Where required you will need to see Members face to face, this can be done either in-clinic or at the Members home (within London), alternatively over our telehealth video conferencing link
Preventative Medicine: Offering advice and measures for disease prevention and health promotion. This may involve conducting routine check-ups, health screenings, immunisations, and advising on lifestyle and dietary choices. Proactively engage with the Members, ensuring their health plan is adapted and evolves throughout their health journey with SOLICE.
Referring patients to specialist doctors when advanced medical treatment is required.
Chronic Disease Management: Managing long-term health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or heart disease, ensuring ongoing and coordinated care.
Record Keeping and Confidentiality: Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records within Semble while ensuring patient confidentiality. Write up protocols and reports for Members, adjusting accordingly throughout their medical journey with SOLICE.
Working with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to provide holistic care to patients.
Medical Management: Manage referrals and prescribe medication based on the symptoms and diagnosis. Be responsive to Members who contact directly and require immediate support.
Medical Degree and registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
Experience in primary care or family medicine
Ability to train and educate patients on disease prevention and health promotion
Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technologies
Experience in medical concierge services is a plus
