Youll manage the colleagues and customers day to day needs in services. Supporting customers experiencingsevere and enduring mental health conditions, who may also have a substance misuse issue and/or a mild learning disability in one of our 24/7 Supported Housing services and our other cluster services. This is your chance to unleash the potential in our colleagues, delivering excellent outcomes for our customers
Typical day as a Client Service Manager
- Leading our team of support workers and support co-ordinators, youll help us deliver our person centred, efficient, quality housing support services to our customers, aligned to our contracts.
- Youll coach your team and manage individual and team performance.
- Youll be a Safeguarding lead for the team and ensure health and safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded.
- Youll promote the service, ensuring that its visible and accessible to referring agencies and promote our brand in the community.
- Youll ensure the quality of the service evidenced by KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys, and empowering customers and colleagues alike
- Youll liaise with Social Care Teams, Secondary Mental Health Teams, Benefit agencies, Housing providers, GPs, Community leaders and many more to ensure customers needs are met.

You will have
- Experience of working in a housing or supported environment.
- Experience of supporting people with severe and enduring Mental health diagnosis, substance misuse issues and /or a mild learning disability/ autism.
- Experience of leading a team of colleagues and have the ability to empower, coach and develop others.
- Great people skills, the ability to communicate and understand where people are in their life.
- The confidence to challenge behaviours that are not aligned to our values, and the ability to advocate for our customers.
- To get from A to B, youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage

Youll join our Senior Manager Kathy, along with Elle and Debbie who are also Client Service Managers theres always plenty of advice and guidance available along with our experienced East Ipswich Cluster team, were super passionate about what we do

Job details
- Flexible working hours
- Youll take turns covering our on call and there will be the occasional sleep-in.
- Youll manage your own diary prioritising your workload and responsibilities.
- Youre able to use technology for managing tenancies, reviewing support plans and risk assessments, Health and Safety and Incident management reporting, rotas and HR processes.
- Youll need an Enhanced DBS check, and we pay for that.
