Directory Services Engineer

This role is necessary to support the growth and operations of our cybersecurity operations team. This is a global role and the regional point of contact for directory services. This role requires deep subject matter expertise and is responsible for supporting our governance and security hardening efforts.

Expert level understanding of Active Directory Domain Services and related/underlying technologies (Group Policy, Lightweight Directory Services, AD Schema, Certificate Services, etc)
Expert Level understanding of Active Directory deployment design (Sites and Services, Active Directory Replication, Domains and Trusts)
Experience in Active Directory Health Monitoring
Experience in Active Directory disaster recovery planning and execution.
Understanding of Microsoft’s RAMP and legacy Tier Access models
Knowledge of Quest Software Solutions (Change Auditor, Active Roles, GPO Admin, RMAD) a plus

Regional SPOC for the technology stack and tier 3 technical support escalation point for both corporate and industrial control Active Directories
Contribute to Active Directory capacity planning, metrics, reporting, domain controller placement.
Contribute to PKI capacity planning, reporting, certificate template usage, design.
Cybersecurity Operations and Directory services advocate for the region
Ensure monitoring and alerting is active for all Active Directory Systems
