Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, in their search for Service manager

Working with one of the UK's leading Health and Social care providers we are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Registered Service Manager. The role involves utilising authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team ton ensure excellent quality of care.

Main Responsibilities as Service manager:

* To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care

* To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CIW for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes guidelines.

* To manage effectively the Service's budgets and deliver the Key Performance Indicators set for the Service.

* To develop a culture of continuous quality improvement, using the framework of clinical governance

The ideal candidates must be passionate about making a difference and must have experience of leading and motivating a team within the social care environment and hold a registration with CIW.
