An established leading provider of printed materials, serving a diverse group of clients that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives through strategic account management.

As an Account Director, you will have P&L responsibility, lead and motivate a team of high-performing Account Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the printed materials requirements for clients by understanding strategies and challenges, you’ll ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.

Budget Planning: Develop budgets and allocate resources effectively for account management activities.

Performance Management: Provide feedback, counsel, and performance evaluations to account staff, ensuring they meet quotas and objectives.

Client Relationship Management: Timely Delivery: Ensure services and products are delivered to clients on schedule.

Reporting: Communicate quarterly and annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders.

Experience: Proven track record as an Account Director or in a similar role within print manufacturing or print management.

Financial Acumen: Performance Metrics: Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
