We are currently recruiting for two experienced Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Brixton, SW2, London, starting in September 2024. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who may need additional help.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning space.
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and development of the students.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school is essential.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the students and school.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
