Site-Based Site Engineer / Operative - Land Remediation Engineer required for a leading waste management company.

Are you ready for an immersive, hands-on role in engineering?
Salary - up to £28 -35k plus expenses and mileage allowance
Primarily site-based with travel across the UK including overnight stays
Previous Job Titles (not an exhaustive list): Mechanical Engineer, Plant Fitter, Maintenance Technician, Fitter, Service Engineer, Site Engineer

Heavy Industry, Quarry, Construction, Recycling, Industrial Services, Demolition, Aggregates, Mining, Landfill, Manufacturing, MRF, Waste Management, or any sector involving large static or mobile plant equipment.

Supervising on-site operations and subcontractors.

* Monitoring, sampling soils, and overseeing remediation technologies.

* Assisting with smaller project management.

* Managing safety systems maintenance and calibration.

* Overseeing subcontractors and compliance.

* Conducting sample analyses and movement requests.

* 2 years experience in mechanical engineering

* NVQ, Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.

* Practical experience in site-based engineering roles.

* Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
