An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join my client's esteemed legal team. They are inviting applications from Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE who are ready to bring their expertise and dedication to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be an integral part of their busy office, working alongside a friendly and professional team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a clinical negligence caseload.
  2. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  3. Leveraging knowledge and experience of the Proclaim Case Management System (desirable but not essential).
Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years PQE in clinical negligence.
  • Experience in dealing with Delayed Diagnosis of Cancer and Birth Injury cases.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong litigation experience.
  • Proficient keyboard and IT skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
