Junior Estimator

We offer a complete range of landscaping services, from conception to completion, working closely with Landscape Architects, Developers, and Main Contractors. With a team of experienced landscapers and Contract Managers, we ensure efficient and cost-effective completion of landscaping projects to our clients' satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Estimator at PGE Landscaping Ltd. The Junior Estimator will work closely with the Sales and Operational team to provide accurate, competitive and detailed quotations based on plans supplied by clients or third party designers and architects. Responsibilities include estimating costs, analysing project requirements, conducting site visits, collaborating with suppliers, and liaising with clients to update them on tenders and convert business.

You will need:

• Have completed an A Level. Additional education or training in construction management or related field preferred
• Highly ambitious, professional, and keen to develop a career in construction
• Experience in estimating costs and analysing project requirements desirable
• Knowledge of landscaping materials and suppliers desirable
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• IT literate - Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus
• Full UK Drivers Licence
