Our client , a $50bn+ AUM investment manager, is looking to add a 4/5PQE+ Derivatives/Structured products/Sales+Trading lawyer to their markets legal team.
It is also an excellent opportunity if you are looking for an advisory role partnering with senior investment stakeholders and further expand on your skillset outside of purely markets law.

Working closely with the business teams, you will assist with legal matters pertaining to markets/trading activity. Providing legal advice on the firm's trading activities including but not limited to OTC derivatives, repo, transactions etc.
Supporting with ad-hoc legal queries from the business.
Frequently liaising with members of the senior stakeholder team
Liaising with external legal counsel when required.


Lawyers with 4/5 PQE+ in derivatives/structured products/ sales and trading/ regulatory experience gained in either in-house or private practice.
