*Main responsibilities of the Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner:*
* Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children’s needs.
* Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
* Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
* Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare.

*Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
* Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
* Be qualified to Level 2, 3 or equivalent in childcare (desirable)
* Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS - Early Years Foundation Stages (desirable)

*Funded in house and external training opportunities including Levels 2, 3, 4+ in childcare, leadership and management courses, SEN and more)
* Flexible holiday and working hours can be discussed
* Annual pay reviews
* Referral scheme
