The renowned Paris Blockchain Week held its 5th edition as a live event from 8 to 12 April 2024 in the Carrousel du Louvre, Paris and online via a dedicated digital platform. Since its inception in 2019, PBW has established itself as a global meeting place for those currently in or exploring blockchain to engage in thought-provoking discussions on the digital assets industry at large. On 8 April 2024, Chain Of Events launched its first ever RAISE summit, a generative AI event for enterprise businesses. It was a resounding success and will expand into a 2-day conference in 2025 on 8 to 9 July at the Carrousel du Louvre.

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Event Marketing Manager with exceptional B2B event marketing experience to manage the marketing campaigns for Paris Blockchain Week and RAISE Summit (Gen AI). This is an opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant contribution to two world-class emerging tech events.

You will own the delivery of B2B marketing campaigns across multiple B2B channels, driving website traffic and conversions for delegate ticket purchases and sponsorship lead generation. You will be responsible for the event websites and landing pages, ensuring that they are optimised for best results and are kept up-to-date. You will be dedicated to continually testing, measuring, scaling, and evolving your campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive delegate ticket sales and sponsorship lead generation for Paris Blockchain Week and RAISE Summit.
  • Conduct marketing research and analysis to identify target audience segments, key market trends within the competitive landscape
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, copy and creative production, implementation, website conversion and performance tracking
  • Create compelling marketing messages and value propositions to effectively communicate the benefits of attending Paris Blockchain Week and RAISE Summit.
  • Manage campaign delivery through various marketing channels including: email marketing, organic social media, paid digital, content marketing, PR and partnerships to reach and engage target audiences
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with design, content and web developer to create impactful marketing assets and landing pages that drive ticket sales and lead generation growth
  • Ensure on-going website updates reflect the changing event offerings, including latest speakers, sponsors, partners, topics and useful information
  • Create marketing assets to leverage speaker and sponsor networks
  • Develop new audience nurture campaigns to raise awareness and build interest within new audience datasets
  • Manage monthly new data downloads into nurture campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external partners, media outlets, and PR agencies to maximise event exposure
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate with event operations to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities with event logistics
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, especially in the blockchain and event industries and apply relevant techniques to maximise ticket sales

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, with a proven track record of driving ticket sales growth and sponsorship lead generation
  • Strong experience in email marketing, social media, paid digital advertising, public relations, and partnerships
  • Knowledge of event tech stacks and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the blockchain industry is a plus
