We are currently recruiting for a Front ofHouse Business Support Host to join our team based in the Londonoffices of a client in the financial services industry

Theoverall aim of the Front of House Business Support Host is to have apositive impact on the overall working environment at the firm. 

The Front of House Business Support Host will work closely withall service providers to ensure a seamless experience for the firm’sstaff, whilst using the environment to the fullest. They will also bea key point of contact for all users of the space and have in-depthknowledge of working practices and activities within the areas toprovide functional and strategic assistance, serving as a coordinationpoint for everyday tasks to the business. 

Some of the keytasks of the Front of House Business Support Host are: -

  • Remain aware of and ensure that staff and visitors followsecurity access control policies at all times, and have confidence inhighlighting any areas of concern. 
  • Issuing of temporarybuilding access passes.
  • Maintain, and replenish stock levels.
  • Assisting with desk booking requirements across location andhelping other office locations as and when required. 
  • Keep anaccurate record of all checks including appropriate information suchas occupancy, usage of resources and issues.
  • Workalongside the reception team in playing a crucial role in maintainingmeeting rooms efficiencies.
  • Addressing any customer queriesthat may arise and defuse delicate situations calmly and effectively.


Shifts: 40 hours per week

Qualifications

The successful candidate must haveexcellent communication skills, as well as being comfortable withusing different visitor management systems, and the ability toprioritise work due to constantly changing circumstances.
