You would operationally lead a portfolio of HARA (Harrogate and Rural Alliance) functions across neighborhood teams and intermediate care.

You will be working in the Community Hub and ARCH as part of the Harrogate and Rural Alliance. This role will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio within the ARCH service across Harrogate Hospital and the community areas. Working closely with the Service Manager, Matron and AHP Professional Leads, the post holder will ensure the sustained delivery of key operational, performance and financial service targets.


A strong focus on change management and team development will be required to support the team as they develop new ways of working within the development of the HARA community Hub and the ARCH service.


The post holder will demonstrate an effective and adaptive style of leadership to support capacity planning, effective roster development and delivery, performance management and transformation of the ARCH service.
