Senior Architectural Technician Job in Leamington Spa, Midlands

This opportunity is with an industry-leading practice, in the heritage and conservation sectors. They are currently working on several high-profile projects both public and private.

This practice work on all manner of conservation from museums and galleries, to palaces and private estates and have attained an attractive portfolio leading to a prestigious reputation within the sector. The firm supports personal and professional development of its employees and will be happy to discuss your development and progression within the practice.

Manage and coordinate design teams on projects
Work alongside existing team and senior staff to meet deadlines
Working on a project from conception to completion
You will be required to carry out site visits, regular travel is to be expected within this role
Previous experience working on historic building conservation is highly desirable
Experience working across all RIBA stages and administration of historic building contracts
A Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and InDesign is desirable
Proficient in Vectorworks and AutoCAD.
