Position Overview: As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships within our organization. You will work closely with our external sales team, suppliers, and customers to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Provide comprehensive sales support to the external sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including new and existing offerings, to effectively communicate features, benefits, and applications to customers.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, coordinating with various internal departments to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement and decision-making.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events aimed at driving sales and enhancing brand awareness.
