Imagine Care is opening it's first home in England and we are looking to to recruit a Head of Operations to lead in the development of the business in England and be the responsible individual for the area. You will lead the recruitment process for Imagine Care in England, supporting the Registered Manager’s to identify the very best talent for their respective services. You will support and advise the Managing Director on a wider recruitment strategy for the organisation that not only promotes the identification of external talent but also ensures that internal talent is nurtured to be leaders of the future.
 
You will support the Managing Director with strategic planning for the growth and sustained success of the organisation. Areas for development within the business, as well as expansion opportunities must be arrived at by both quantitative and qualitative data and all decisions based on experience and smart business practice.

You will have sole responsibility for ensuring the residential services are compliant in line with Ofsted regulations. You will build relationships with important stakeholders within the governing agencies (Care Inspectorate and Ofsted) to ensure the organisation is always ahead of the curve when meeting regulatory standards and expectations.

Ensuring the care and support received by young people are of the highest possible standards. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Ofsted grades are at a minimum level of ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ at all times, without exception.

 
Use of company resources, including overtime will be reviewed in Head Office and discussed with the Head of Operations to ensure the organisation’s resources are being managed efficiently.
You will also build a network of suppliers to who can provide timely and cost-effective support to the operation of the residential services and the wider business.

You will support the Communications Manager with the commissioning of placements and take the lead in ensuring all young people receive robust transition plans. You will also ensure Local Authorities receive the highest standards of service from our organisation, at all times and ensure the wider team delivers on this.

Ensure our policies and procedures are reflective of our daily practices and structure and comply with the latest legislation and care standards.

You will offer support to each other and homes across the organisation when required and work collaboratively to share resources and skills in pursuit of delivering the highest standards of care and support for our people and our children and young people.
