Job Description

Are you a high-calibre Financial Director seeking to move to the middle-east? We are seeking an accomplished professional to join a dynamic business in the middle-east and make an immediate impact in a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Expertise: We are in need of a high-quality Finance Director who can contribute to the development and professionalization of our finance department. This includes taking charge of reporting, cost control, and effective collaboration with the CEO and regional partners.
  • Operational Challenges: With our organization being built from the ground up in less than 12 months, you will play a crucial role in addressing challenges related to cash control, outstanding debt, and local cultural nuances.
  • Middle East Experience: If you have experience working in the Middle East, your insights will be invaluable, particularly in optimizing cash collection methods and navigating cultural nuances.
  • Strategic Support: Your role extends beyond day-to-day financial operations to supporting strategic initiatives at the board level. This includes active participation in budgeting, forecasting, and providing feedback to the group.
  • Entrepreneurial Environment: Join a team with ambitious revenue goals, aiming to reach £250-300 million by the end of the year. Your expertise will be essential in driving financial success.
  • Relocation Assistance: For a temporary move to Saudi Arabia, we offer visa support and accommodation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Finance Director or similar role.
  • Comfortable with a 6-9 months Fixed-Term Contract, with the potential for a permanent move.
  • Strong reporting and cost control background, with the ability to partner effectively with the CEO.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate cultural challenges and drive financial success in the Middle East.
  • Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
