Our client's Tax Technology and Transformation Consulting team is at the forefront of helping tax departments navigate the complexities of today's digital tax landscape.
They're global leaders in this area, and seeking visionary professionals to join them and drive growth across their business.
The Opportunity
Join this dynamic team to develop your expertise in strategy and process consulting, data science, technology implementation, and artificial intelligence.
You'll play a crucial role in shaping their culture and expanding their team while addressing the strategic and practical issues faced by their clients' tax departments.
Primary duties are:
- Contribute to their strategy, business plans, and team development.
- Grow and lead teams specialising in ERP and Operational Transfer Pricing solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive tax technology plans, including goal setting, strategy development, and performance measurement.
- Create and develop impactful tools and materials such as thought leadership, diagnostics, user guides, and blueprints.
- Identify and address client issues with cost-effective solutions across processes, people, data, and technology.
- Analyse and optimise clients' processes and systems to identify blockers and implement effective solutions.
- Utilise technology to manipulate and analyse client data, designing insightful dashboards for client understanding.
- Continuously update your technology skills and stay informed about the latest advancements.
Key Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Experience managing complex consulting projects with a focus on technical excellence and business-driven approaches.
- Strong team player with a motivated mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Proven project management and team development experience.
- Ability to identify risks, perform effective reviews, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create innovative solutions for increased efficiency.
- Experience in presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of corporate income tax compliance and reporting processes.
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and ERP systems.
What our client is seeking:
- Proficiency in tax data management, tax provisioning and reporting solutions, operational transfer pricing solutions, and ERP business integration.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with clients, while maintaining technical expertise in finance and tax performance improvements, as well as ERP software.
Qualifications:
- Experience in technology solutions, finance, or tax performance improvement.
- ACA/CTA qualifications preferred.
