The team based in Nottingham cover a range of matters specialising in dealing with trusts, estate administration (including cross-border estates), inheritance tax, estate planning (including multi-jurisdictional issues) and Wills.
Directors and Partners across the team specialise in particular areas, including acting as independent administrators in high net worth contested estates, advising on complex mental capacity issue and administering cross-border estates. In this role you will work closely with senior members of the Trusts, Estate and Tax team and will be active in business development. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and to develop professionally, working on high quality instructions alongside leaders in their respective fields.
