This is a full-time position reporting to the Strategic Development Manager. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will provide effective and efficient support to the sales and marketing teams in addition to ensuring a consistently high quality of service to our clients. Develop sales and marketing assets: create, format and send client facing documentation including advertising campaign schedules, post campaign analyses and other client documents as required such as presentations and sales assets.
Update the CRM system regularly: support in the administration and facilitation of reports and data insights analysis.
Manage travel and accommodation: organise and book necessary travel and accommodation across the STV Commercial team in line with company policies, liaising with colleagues and clients where required.
Support in our lead generation framework: support lead generation administration requirements to maximise the effectiveness of inbound and outbound leads through our CRM system.
Execute client experiences: facilitate, organise and deliver quality experiences and market leading events including the provision of associated assets required. Effectively communicate: communicate effectively across all internal STV teams and business areas as well as with external clients and stakeholders through phone calls, emails and all relevant comms channels as identified.
Key projects: work with the Head of Commercial Marketing and other team leaders on key business commercial revenue generative projects as required.
 
A minimum of 2 year’s demonstrable relevant experience working in a support capacity within a revenue generating business development team in a commercial environment is essential.
Previous related experience of undertaking research and producing high-quality, bespoke marketing assets including supporting effective presentations, is essential.
Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills.
Strong IT skills including Mac with Keynote in particular, MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various tasks and projects as required.
