Job Title: Multiskilled Engineer
Hours: Monday to Friday (Day Shift 6am - 2pm, Back Shift 2pm - 10pm, Nightn Shift 10pm - 6am)
Talento are delighted to be partnering exclusively with Logoplaste who are experts in manufacturing economically sustainable rigid plastic packaging. They use their expertise to help their customers, and the industry as a whole, recover used plastic packaging, transform it into new feedstock, and manufacture new bottles from old—all in a sustainable, closed-loop system.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team in Dumfries.

Attends site and engineering meetings to align the plan of work for the day with the production teams.
Promoting workplace and equipment safety by identifying and monitoring potential hazards to people or the sites equipment.
Ensuring SAP is up to date including accurate engineering history, time worked, and parts components are booked to correct SAP maintenance transactions.
Previous experience in Manufacturing (electrically biased)
Experience in Automation and Packaging machines in production environment would be advantageous.
Knowledge of PLC’s and Inverter drives would be advantageous.
Proficient with PC based systems (Excel, SAP) to oversee routine maintenance and organise repairs, although training will be given
Electrically biased with strong Mechanical skills
Proven track record of engineering experience
NVQ level 3 / HNC qualified
SAP Experienced
Full training will be given to the right candidate(s)

A salary up to £45k depending on experience.
