Assisting the Head Chef in managing the daily kitchen operations
Supervising and coordinating all activities of the kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherance to recipes and standards
Oversee food preparation, cooking and presentation to maintain the highest quality standards
Develop and test new recipes, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards for taste, presentation and cost
Train, mentor and motivate kitchen team members, fostering a positive and professional work environment
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Assist in budgeting and controlling food costs
To succeed in the role of Senior Sous Chef , you will need the following qualities and skills:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and kitchen management software.
Food Safety and Hygiene certification is preferred
