Assembly Technician
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Assembly Technician / Assembly / Technician / Assembly Fitter / Fitter / stockport
They are a leading global technology solutions provider to high-value segments of the food processing and air transportation industries and are looking for an Assembly technician to join their team.
Main duties and responsibilities of an Assembly Technician:
. Ensure assembly and build quality is of the highest possible standard.
. Attending site for machine commissioning and breakdowns.
. Ensure production instructions and quality standards are met/exceeded.
. On-site commissioning and customer training.
Experience/knowledge requirements for an Assembly Technician:
. Principally be responsible for the mechanical assembly of all sub and main assemblies.
. Can carry out mechanical surveys, repairs, and servicing of equipment
. General engineering, marking out, drilling, and tapping.
. Time served with C&G or modern apprenticeship.
