Agora Talent is excited to be partnered with a leading, scaling, award winning beauty brand based in Stockton-on-Tees. Founded over 20 years ago, the business has grown from strength to strength and have established themselves as a market leader across the globe.
Currently in a phase of growth, the business is looking to appoint their first New Product Development Manager and will be instrumental in driving the development of new and innovative beauty products that meet the evolving needs of customers globally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
- Lead the end to end product development process, from concept ideation to commercialization, ensuring products meet quality, performance and regulatory standards.
- Partner with R&D, marketing, manufacturing and other stakeholders to drive seamless execution of product development initiatives, ensuring alignment and communication across teams.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets and resources
- Identify, evaluate, develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost effectiveness and timely delivery of products and components.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the product development lifecycle to maintain integrity, consistency and safety standards throughout the development lifecycle.
You:
- Proven experience in product development within beauty, cosmetics or personal care, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends, consumer insights and competitor landscapes.
