Job Type: FTC – 12 months
Location: Northampton Head Office

The purpose of this role is to support the Business and the UK Applications team with system implementation, management, and development. You will need to liaise with various stakeholders to manage and support any system changes, releases, issues, or updates. Flexible working and holiday entitlements

Learn, understand, and support the end-to-end system change lifecycle (Bright Horizons and vendor)
Learn about the tools used to develop, manage, and support change (ADO, TFS)
Liaise with business owners, system users, service desk, developers, trainers, and vendor as required.
Collect data, carryout research, analyse information and document findings for business and the team.
Support UAT activities by helping to develop and refine test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Support implementation by working on plans, rollout schedules etc.
Produce clear and concise documentation to help convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
Provide IT compliance support as and when required (weekly and quarterly user access checks etc)
MS Office including Word and Excel.
Experience of presenting data.
