Contract Management Executive

The role of the Sourcing Administration Executive is to provide ongoing support to the Sourcing department and to be responsible primarily for the creation and management of multiple supplier contracts, where attention to detail is key. The right candidate will have previous and strong administrative experience, good time management and a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
A full range of administration tasks relating to and enveloping the end to end Supplier contract creation process
• Ensuring all key contract terms are included as per our standard terms or deviations as per Sourcing team negotiations and feedback
• Full management and responsibility for key administrative tasks across the department (including data input, document creation and management and reporting)
• Providing day-to-day administrative support on supplier contracts to the Sourcing team and administration duties relating to contractual or operational detail across the business
• Supporting Sourcing Managers in relation to a wide range of supplier communications and product management-related duties where necessary

• Computer and IT literate (Microsoft Office suite - Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint essential)
