Ecommerce Project Manager
Location: Hybrid - London (office) + Remote

Cabiri is an innovative software company focused on delivering exceptional composable solutions for impactful commerce experiences. As we grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Cabiri, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. Your expertise in agile project management, coupled with a keen understanding of client management, will be instrumental in overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from discovery and delivery to support and transition phases. Your ability to navigate project conflicts and make informed decisions will be crucial in maintaining the high operational performance we strive for at Cabiri. Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including planning, retrospectives, daily stand-up meetings, continuous improvements, and product backlog refinement.
Oversee the discovery, delivery, support, and transition phases of complex projects.
Lead developers and testers during build and implementation, ensuring best practices and timelines are maintained.
Manage and support the analysis, understanding, and translation of business requirements into technical requirements.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure a continuous stream of work for the delivery team.
Manage the sprint and project backlog in Jira.
Address project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to maintain high operational performance.
Provide regular reports on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and the wider team.
Support the generation of commercial documents such as statements of work and change requests.
Adhere to change management processes to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
Effectively manage the project budget.

Scrum Master experience.
Experience managing complex projects.
Experience working on commerce projects.
Client management experience.
Strong technical understanding of web and mobile applications/platforms.
Experience in a consulting or digital agency setting.
Experience training new tools embedded into businesses.
